Mondoro is a leading design and development company in Asia. We have offices and showrooms in China and Vietnam along with sales and administrative offices in Hong Kong, United States and Sweden.

Design & Development

Mondoro has a well-trained staff consisting of passionate designers and knowledgeable product developers. Feel free to share your ideas with us, or let our designers come up with something that fits your product line. Enjoy peace of mind as we keep your designs confidential. We ensure that the manufacturing partners will not disclose your designs to other businesses.

Manufacturing and Manufacturing Partnerships

Mondoro Company Limited has manufacturing facilities and manufacturing partnerships throughout Asia. Mondoro has manufacturing partnerships with qualified and highly skilled factories. We work very closely with our manufacturing partnerships—bringing in technical know-how, and helping train their employees in new techniques and methods which we have developed.

We also have our own manufacturing facilities. In both China and Vietnam, we do UL lighting manufacturing (#E308465) and custom packaging. Through our own facilities and manufacturing partnerships, Mondoro Company Limited is able to bring you unique and custom products at the highest possible quality.

Quality Control

Quality starts during planning and design. We then work closely our manufacturing partnerships to help develop the high quality you expect. Each of our offices has a specialist in finishes who then works closely with our manufacturing facilities to maintain high quality during the production.

Mondoro has the in-house capability to test products for cycle and stress tests, packaging tests, water proofing, paint adhesion, rust-proofing and electrical voltage tests along with other tests as needed to ensure that all products are up to standard.

If required, our inspectors and product managers will provide our customers with detailed inspection reports before shipping an order.

Customer Service

We are dedicated to ensuring that our customers are satisfied with the outcome of their orders. Our product management team is consistent in communicating with our customers on the status of their orders. They oversee the details to ensure a project is done right from start to finish.

We try hard to keep in touch with you. Our staff is prompt in replying to e-mails and phone messages. Each of our offices has a US Phone number for your convenience. In addition we maintain marketing director in the US and a sales representative in Sweden.

Mondoro appreciates the business from our all prospective customers and our present customers. We have very extensive showrooms in China and Vietnam that all our prospective customers and customers are welcome to visit at any time. For our prospective customers who are not familiar with our showrooms, Mondoro will be happy to provide you with detailed instructions for you to be able to find us.

Mondoro also has many Manufacturing Partnerships with various manufacturers around Asia. As many of these Manufacturing Partnerships are a long distance from our showroom or other facilties, Mondoro has a policy to only bring our customers we are actively working on products, samples or other production to these Manufacturing Partnership facilities.
